SKYLA STUDIO offers limited edition garments and accessories.
All products are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or embroidery may occur due to production processes or screen display differences.
Products are made to order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
In accordance with Article 293B of the French Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (if applicable to your status).
SKYLA STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
5. Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
SKYLA STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or dispute.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping
As products are made to order, processing times apply before shipment.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier.
SKYLA STUDIO cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
