1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in their original condition

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Limited Editions

All SKYLA STUDIO products are released in limited quantities and produced on demand.

Due to the limited nature of each edition, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After review, a replacement or refund will be issued if approved.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
